The Californian company presents Extreme UHS-II PRO, the fastest to date microSD card. SanDisk announced the creation of Extreme PRO microSDXC UHS-II, the fastest microSD card memory of the world that reaches transfer speeds up to 275 MB per second, a record in the sector.
As specified by the company on its official website, the SanDisk Extreme Pro UHS-II is perfectly capable of recording video in 4K with its Class 10 rating and UHS Speed Class 3, allowing a clear reproduction of the contents through high-definition monitors. The card will be available in capacities of 64 and 128 GB and not only be aimed at users of smartphones, but its use is also recommended in drones and cameras action because of its resistance to shock and extreme environments. This microSD will be released in the second quarter of this year. The 64GB and 128GB SanDisk Extreme PRO microSDXC UHS-II cards feature a lifetime limited warranty5, and will be available at U.S. MSRPs of $179.99 and $299.99, respectively.
SanDisk strengthens its position in the market for memory cards, a sector covering everything from retail and professional, to technological research with other companies, as reflected in its recent agreement with HP.
