Mozilla continues to improve its browser for Android with version 43.0. The main novelty of this new version is the inclusion of a warning when a tab is playing sound, as it already does in the desktop version of Firefox.
If you are one of those who open lots and lots of tabs at once, this notice will help you quickly locate where that tab with background music or the embedded video being played automatically. However, the warning is far more modest than in Google Chrome, which appears as a notification. In Firefox, you must expand the list of open tabs by tapping the tab button to see the further notice.
Other enhancements of this latest update is the inclusion of the address of the website when you share snippets of text, accessibility improvements, better design adapted to tablets of history in landscape mode, small cosmetic changes to the menu and the ability to mark as read or unread items on the reading list panel.
